Stayed two nights in early April with 3 friends from England. The place is immaculately clean, WiFi and breakfast were great, but we were all quite disappointed at the owner's lack of recommendations or information about local eateries and sights. He was very friendly, but seemed to bring breakfast out in a hurry, then scurry back to a room off... More

The obvious things are that the rooms are a good size, super clean and the fabulous breakfast options. The little extras are the nice toiletries in the en suite and Lurpak instead of generic butter. The location is good and unbelievably quiet. At a half hour's walk, Kyle of Lochalsh has lots of cafes, bars and some shops including a... More

Excellent BnB all the way! Modern, roomy bedroom with en-suite bathroom. No frustrations with internet and wif-fi connection. James is a fantastic host! Breakfast is just the right amount and cooked to perfection. Location may be a bit far from other parts of Isle of Skye but it really depends on where you plan to visit. Regardless, you'll have to... We had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The house was recently built and everything still feels pristine. Good breakfast. Tip: for excursions we found a good food option is to grab sandwiches and salads at the Co-operative food store in Kyle of Lochalsh.

We (girlfriend + myself) booked via email & travelled from Notts via my classic car. We phoned from nearby (but still on the mainland) to say we might be a little late due to a puncture/wire-wheel problem & the instant response was "can we come over & help". Whilst we made it ourselves the next morning we were greeted by... More

My husband and I stayed in the house for two days and were absolutely deilghted with everything. Very easy to find, just over the Skye Bridge. A short downhill walk took you into the village. James the owner couldn't do enough to help. I would recommend this house to everyone!.
