My husband and I have just had a wonderful break at the hotel and can't say enough about the service, food, room and general atmosphere. All the staff were just lovely, so friendly and welcoming. We will cetainly be back and have no hesitaton in recommending it everyone.

This lovely hotel, set in beautiful grounds on the edge of Portree, boasts one of the best views ever. Not right in town, but you can walk up for a drink. It's got a nice vibe, maybe a little dated. They are updating, so there was some scaffolding when we were there in March 2012. The breakfast was very nice, cooked fresh and hot. The town itself is pretty, so worth an afternoon. A couple of nice pubs etc.
