This place seriously has character! We got a very warm welcome and shown to our bed/sitting room which looked directly out to sea. Next door was a huge, communal living room with spectacular bay window. The house has obviously been very run down at some point, and there are still a few rough edges here and there, but this is...

A quiet, comfy night, friendly helpful owner. Location for views hard to beat, worth spending time sitting in the enormous bay window over the bay watching the ferries come and go. Breakfast tasty, hot and freshly made, refills offered. No negatives.
We stayed in Rothesay for 2 nights as part of a tour around Scotland. Upon arrival we were welcomed by one of our hosts Fiona who checked us into our room. There is adequate parking on the street by the property and on the property itself. The room was very clean, well furnished and spacious with all the neccessary facilities...

Great b and b. We had a wonderful view. The bed was great. Clean and comfortable. Our host was wonderful. The fish cakes for breakfast were awesome. The place to spend your time in rothesay.
I wouldn't return.

Breakfast was great and tasty. We regularly...

Stayed in June and despite having a back bedroom with no view (it was the twin room) found the place very comfortable and warm. The beds comfy with lots of pillows. The guest lounge is ace. Warm with the sun streaming in and an amazing view of the bay outside. We sat in the bay window and watched the ferry...

Owners were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was very nice. The building was in need of some TLC, but the bedroom and lounge were in good condition.
