My husband and I spent a week in the lovingly restored Bothy Apartment on the first floor. We felt at home there from the moment we arrived and Mabeth made us feel very welcome. The Bothy has everything one can wish for and more and is very clean, comfortable and practical. The location is wonderful to explore the area. We... More

Two Fridays ago I had to go to a meeting in nearby Killearn early morning and booked this B&B for the previous night. Nothing was too much for the lovely, congenial Mabeth and her husband. Her daughter and granddaughters were very friendly too. My only unfair criticism was that the bedroom was too cold for me during the night due... More

We stayed at Loaninghead Farm, Stables Cottage for the Glasgow Sept. weekend. We had a warm welcome from Mabeth who showed us her gorgeous cottage. The cottage is traditionally decorated with a huge rangemaster stove in the kitchen. It is a very roomy cottage and the views are to die for! Located just outside Drymen and about 30mins drive from... More

We loved the convenient yet secluded location of Loaninghead. The rooms are large, clean and perfectly set up. Mabeth gave us a warm welcome and a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Everything in Loaninghead was spacious, from the grounds to the dining room and lounge.

Flew to Scotland 5/16 for my nieces wedding at The Cruin. My sister in law booked us here. We stayed in Apple Cottage and it is 1st class all the way. Lovely and spacious, the beds comfortable (we loved the comforters), bathrooms plentiful (although the master bathroom has the tiniest shower I have ever seen), beautiful scenery. The town is...
