The hotel is set in the most amazing location, right beside the shores of Loch Lomand. The down side is the single tack road to get to it about 15 miles from the nearest town, Aberforyle. The hotel has its own launch, however to take guests on the ten minute journey across the loch to the far more accessible road.... More

My wife and I stayed here for four nights from Saturday 21st April. We found the hotel to be warm, comfortable and well cared for. There was no untidy litter or half completed and abandoned work anywhere to be seen. Our room had all the facilities we needed and was well heated with very comfortable beds and plentiful hot water.... More
