I have stayed at other Drury Inns and enjoyed them, which is why I booked a room at this property for a recent three night stay. This hotel was not nearly as nice as the other Drury Inns I stayed at. Even the location was a lot less desirable, very busy street in an industrial/commercial area. The closest thing I... More

We have always had goodluck with the Drury hotels...this was no exception. It was a nice looking hotel, in a decent area. Nice pool and hot tub and VERY comfortable beds. the hot breakfast was also very good! The only thing that was less than great was how far of a drive it was from Beale Street. About 22 miles.... We only stayed here one night as part of our road trip around the deep south, we also stayed at the Days Inn at Graceland the night before and it was not a patch on this hotel. Our check in was smooth and we were given the relevant information for our stay. The room we were allocated was on the... More

The staff was very friendly, the free breakfast adequate, the bathroom was clean however the carpet was filthy. I expected better with a $103.00 room charge. The young woman at the desk made a note about the carpet so hope they cleaned it up. Also the cost of the room wasn't what was shown on the accommodations when I looked... More

We stayed there because we normally LOVE Drury but this was our worst stay ever, in any hotel. The room smelt like feet the comfoter look as if it hadn't been was in 20 years. The pool had a wild party going on so daughter never got to swim. (Pool look gross anyways)Then we pulled the sheets back to check,... More

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize again for the service failure experienced. This is definitely not the norm for our hotel and I am pleased to hear that your second room was much better. We humbly ask that you again, accept our apology and we look forward to exceeding your expectations in the future. Yours... More

I just returned from Memphis this week. We had a family of 9 traveling together, 3 which were under 9. We stayed at Drury Inn & Suites ( https://wwws.druryhotels.com/ ). People who live in states that don't know about this chain are surprised at the good deals they offer. 1. Price includes a nice breakfast spread, and also supper! (Great... More

I usually enjoy staying at a Drury Inn, but I did not enjoy this stay. We checked in late and ended up in a room whose window looked into the pool area on the first floor. I had a hard time getting over the overpowering chlorine smell in the room from the pool. Breakfast and all the regular Drury amenities... More

My daughter, and two grandaughters and I stayed at this facility for 3 nites and requested a 4th nite. My daughter had previously stayed at a Drury Inn and insisted we locate one in Memphis. It indeed was the best choice to be made! With two growing girls as well as 2 adults, the breakfast and evening snacks were one... More

We always try to stay in a Drury Inn on all our trips. It's a great deal for a family with the nightly food and drinks and the breakfast in the morning. This Drury Inn in Memphis was a great location for us. Not too far from downtown and just a few minutes from the mall. The front desk staff... More

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel while we visited Memphis. The front desk staff was very helpful and super friendly, as was the lady who tended the food area. Very pretty hotel lobby. Nice clean room. Even with 3 busloads of kids there at the same time, everything was kept running smooth. We would stay here... More
