stayed here night before boarding American Queen cruise - great location right next to trolley for easy access to Beale Street and the Riverfront. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet has extensive choices to satisty any appetitie. Staff is friendly and helpful without being snobby.

Nice hotel and we enjoyed a beautiful corner room. But, getting housekeeping to deliver us an additional towel, or to trade out towels in the evening, was a real challenge. The concierge lounge was fine, the elevators worked flawlessly, locatlion right adjacent to the trolley on Main St. was a definite plus.
