Good location near some great restraunts and also I-240. Spacious rooms w/full kitchens. Employees very nice. Hot breakfsat included in price. No complaints.

This is the worst Residence Inn. It is in desperate need of a full remodel. Furniture very worn, burnt spot on vinyl floor in kitchen. Main television is 19" CRT model.

I frequently stay 100+ nights a year at Marriott properties. Sadly, this hotel may be the worst Residence Inn among the many I've tried. Rooms are really worn and tired. Spent the night with our two older teenagers while in Memphis to see Wicked. Residence Inn is one of the few chains with a 2 bedroom apartment. Even if you're just passing through, there's nothing close by. There's a couple of fast food restaurants close but if you're hungry after a long days driving you'll have to drive somewhere for a decent meal.
