We stayed in the self catering annexe for the graduation weekend. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival from the proprietor. There is ample free parking outside the annexe which is attached to the main guest house with lovely views overlooking the hills. Lampeter town with a good range of small local shops is only 7 minutes walk... More

This review is for the flat/ annexe. The beds were very comfortable; the flat clean and fresh; the owner very helpful (loaning a phone charger; advice on town & trips further afield) and friendly. A friendly, quiet, relaxing location with lovely views. Perfect for 2 people.
