We had our wedding yesterday at The Druidstone and I just had to come on here and "shout from the rooftops" how wonderful they were. They were very helpful and supportive throughout the planning process, answering all our questions and accommodating everything we asked for. On the day the staff were extraordinarily helpful, the rooms clean, the food fantastic, the... More

we were stopping in near by Nolton Haven at a beautiful cottage "Fern lea" and we were recommended the Druidstone Hotel / pub for supper. the location of the hotel was outstanding. the view over the beach and sea to the sunset on the horizon was breathtaking. The food was all home cooked and packed with flavor. the best lamb... More

We have been travelling to Pembrokeshire and staying at the hotel or adjoining cottages for over 30 years, and the charm and unique nature of the hotel, proprietors, staff and position mean we keep going back for more. In fact over the past weekend my son and his fiancee married there , with the hotel and accomodation taken over by... More

What a position -truly fantastic. Then reality hits - the rooms are shabby and more disturbingly unpleasantly grimy. It appears that when furniture eventually reaches the end of what might be deemed its useful life rather than being thrown away it is shipped to the Druidstone hotel and an ill matched blanket thrown over the top is used to hide... Having looked at the website, it was with trepidation that we undertook the long long long journey, but on stepping out of the taxi into the Spring, moonless night and hearing the crowblack, fishingboat-bobbing sea below our spirits lifted. Our room was up in the eaves and was a cacophony of pine with throws, rugs, fresh towels, crisp bed linen... More

I have been going to Druidstone for 13 years with my partner's family who have been going for over 30 years. If you are expecting 5* luxury then don't. However, what you will find are fabulous views, good food, warm and friendly staff (who work really hard) and a varying range of accommadtion. It is a perfect place for families... More

Food here is excellent, the bar is tiny but well stocked with a good real ale, wine and spirits. Run by wonderful characters with good taste. Incredible views over the bay. Don't expect hotel chain imperfection - its well lived in, no nonsense but extremely comfortable, tasteful and unusual. Not cheap - the view, food and atmosphere makes it worth... More

Having moved to Pembrokeshire a little over 2 years ago I was captured by the beauty of the place, and upon being introduced to the unique and admittedly quirky Druidstone I immediately fell in love. I can understand the need for crispy white towels and smarmy receptionists who seem only too happy to provide an extra sachet of deluxe conditioner,... More

If like me you can remember coal fires in railway waiting rooms and would half fancy going through the wall onto platform two and three quarters with Harry Potter to another world , I can recommend: The Druidstone . There is a wizard in the kitchen who on my arrival ran out of the kitchen singing the delights of rice... More
