I stay here on a regular basis, and always find the staff very friendly, the food is good, breakfasts are served early and quickly and the rooms are very nice. Not a bad word to say really !

An excellent small well run hotel in a delightful part of the UK . Friendly ,attentive but not too intrusive staff. Clean well kept rooms, ample parking space and most of all one of the best breakfasts anywhere . What more can I say ?

Location - On the main street of Pembroke, within walking distance from the Castle, pubs, and shops. The Hotel - Light, airy and spacious with plenty of parking, which is needed as there is nowhere to park on the main roads outside. There is a communal balcony that is used as a smoking area for guests and a communal television... More

Booked a meal here for mine and a friends birthday meal. The attitude we got off the owner was completely disgusting. We were treated with disregard and expected to be done very quickly. The owner is a very bad host. The venue is average with some nice fittings but on the whole very poor. Avoid unless desperate...

We take any adverse reviews very seriously and try very hard to be as helpful as possible to guests of the hotel or restaurant. Unfortunately we have been unable to trace your booking in either the hotel or restaurant so at this time we are sorry we are unable to address your complaints More

My partner and I stayed here when we were visiting friends in the area last September. We were unable to get into the beach house but this b&b is excellent. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very spacious. Would strongly recommend to anyone coming to stay in the area!

I'm in the only single room in the hotel which is right above the kitchen. I have no complaints about noise from either below or from the rooms either side. The Lads and lasses are really polite, The staff all very well spoken and fabulous. So lets have a closer look at the hotel itself. The room i'm in is... More

We only stayed for one night but actually wished we could have stayed for longer. Felt very welcomed and although a professional approach the whole experience was extremely comfortable. We stayed in the new wing which has good quality fixtures, large bed and super bathroom. Dinner was definately what made us wish we had another night to spend here. It... More

We stayed for two nights at the Coach House. The rooms are very clean, with towels changed every day and flannels provided. Rooms have bottles of water, tea and coffee and biscuits. The showers are very good. Free wireless throughout the hotel. Breakfast has an excellent choice including fish, pancakes and bagels. Service is excellent. Dinner is good pub food.... More

Having planed a day coastreeing we found this little gem of place to stay for one night. We were lucky enough to have the family room which has it's own bathroom. Everything was spotless and Steve (manager) was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was booked and was just what the doctored ordered before a sea/cliff climb adventure. Big thanks to... More
