I am definitely disappointed with this hotel. The housekeeping lady stole some items from our room and claimed that "she accidentally picked them up with the towels" and even though she was fired after the hotel investigated, the manager was extremely rude and told me " well, you got your stuff back so what are you complaining about". Hotel is in a great location and the rooms are quite large. Avoid the "inner" rooms without a balcony or window. Rooms there are like a jail cell with no natural light. No reading lamps were provided. Restaurant & bar are great with very reasonable prices and great service. Pool is smallish, but hotel is right on a magnificent beach.

The hotel industry needs more owners/management like David and Rosa. They are very warm and friendly, and make you feel welcome. The rooms are large and very clean. The restaurant menu choices have expanded each year we've been there. We have stayed here twice before, and will be back again next year.....Mick.

Stayed in 3 Rincon hotels. While Jacqueline is slightly more expensive, it was well worth every cent. The room was large, airy and clean (including the kitchenette). The balcony overlooking the ocean, whether for morning coffee or sunset drinks, was priceless. The staff was excellent and helpful. No complaints. Highly recommend Hotel Jacqueline.
