Overall hotel was OK but looks a bit tired & in need of upgrade. Desk service not bad but was not friendly & at times, as we were using a complimentary stay, it seemed we were not afforded the same courtesy as a full paying client.

Hotel is great and central for public transport. Just think it is a shame that decor is tired and restaruant is basic. Rooms are old design and junior suite is generous for families with 2 children as they have a queen and 2 singles without using a sofa bed.

Very clean room,,great view,large room, near transport,, the hallway carpets could do with a revamp. great location. Near good restaurants, an easy bus ride to the city/ cetanlywould stay again, and recomend it to friends Hot water not the best.
