“My opinion.”

Overall a very clean and tidy place to stay. The staff where friendly and approachable with the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant. The price paid was for the room was very reasonable and also included a full breakfast which was very nice.

We were pleasently surprised with the total quality of the hotel, bedroom was more than expected, with breakfast being of a good standard also. parking was very helpful for the area however you just had to take the corner in very carefully as it tight pleasent stay

“Mercure at Rosehill”

We always find the staff very friendly and helpful at this hotel. Unfortunately it is not very well located with the public transport however it is only a 20 minute walk to the ferry wharf. It is handy if you have car and are going to Parramatta stadium or Homebush Stadium. We do like this hotel.

Nicely appointed hotel, excellent staff, helpful, client comfort-focussed attitude. Great menu & wine selection, quite and comfortable rooms/beds. Prompt transport/taxis access, good access from airport/M4.

“A day at the races!”

What a great place to say when one has a day at rosehill races! The staff are very welcoming and very obliging to any needs, etc. Just a short stroll across for a day at the gi gi's - the rooms and dining/bar Facilities are excellent!

“Handy location to the Rosehill Races”

Overall room was well equipped however the bed linen was worn and thin. The bed was hard and troughed. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. HAve stayed here several times and will come back being so close to Rosehill race track

“Mercure needs to get with the times”

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Great location for the Parramatta area and easy to get to. Rooms neat and well set out but not small. It was very quiet even when it appeared full. Driving into the car park was small challenge in a large car. Good food shops nearby if you need to shop
