Sunday Lunch. Disappointing all round except for the view. The quail was over cooked, the lamb too fatty to the point of being inedible, soggy profiteroles. The chefs “style” is to over complicate everything so the flavours become confused and unattractive. All in all it had the whiff of caterers food about it-reheat and on the plate- not what you... My husband and I went here on a long weekend, when there was a special set menu. However the pricing was incredibly missleading. Printed in bold it stated $40 for two courses and $50 for 3 courses - now that all sounds fine and reasonable - until we received the bill and there was a surcharge of $10 ea for... More

We stayed at Tane stadio, it was quite specious and with all facilities. Perfect for couple to stay. Near to Coles and has a great Resturant . Good view with private balcony. It has oven and all other kitchen stuff except BBQ.

I took my sister from New Zealand and mother to Mt Rael to celebrate Mums 80th birthday. It was perfect, serene and quiet enough for mum to enjoy the ambience and take in the spectacular view.We were looked after very well and the lunch was perfect for our celebrations. Delicious meal.

We booked last ,minute and only for one night which is very difficult to do in this area. The room was just ok. Everything was clean, furniture was modern but missing was any type of view apart from the tree tops as the windows are high and small. I believe the spa rooms have the views but the other two... I think that with every hotel, they have off days. But it is how the staff respond to your observations which has an impact. My family stayed here for a night mid week. Prior to arriving, their service was excellent. I had to change the booking several times and they were beyond accomadating. I cannot fault them on their service.... More

My husband and I stayed two nights mid week and I'll start with the positives: The view was fantastic, the lady who runs the establishment is very hospitable and made us feel welcome and the bed was comfortable. On the not so good side, the road up to the accommodation needs to be graded, we understand that it's the country... More

This was a last minute booking, and was pretty much all that was available. We booked it via the local Tourist Information Centre. The accomodation was a "family room" with kitchentte, and balcony, it also included a continental breakfast. The pity about the room is it appeared to be hastily finished. The balcony was shared with another room, which I'm... More

Stayed mid week in the Sharman suite, shame the Piaf Spa package is only for the other rooms. A warm welcome, a well laid out room, the spa bath with the mountain view, the large shower, a very comfy bed & private balcony all made a great 1st impression. The continetal breaky was yum and we thought the HD TV... More

My wife and I stayed here for an overnight get away. We were in the sharma room and it was amazing! The view on the balcony was spectacular. The bed was kingsize and we both had a great sleep. The room could have been a bit bigger but it was still great for an overnight stay. The breakfast that was... More
