All we can say is "Bliss". From the magnificent grounds, to staff, to the relaxing lounges, absolutely a treat. We stayed four nights and did not wish to leave. If you want total relaxation, sit back and a read good book in one of the several sun lit lounges or just wonder around the gardens, this is it. There is... More

The Lindenderry delivered on all fronts for a fantastic weekend in the Mornington Peninsula. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable, and we couldn't fault the service. We stayed in a Garden Room. On the ground level with great views out over the terrace to the garden, the room had lots of ambience, and immediately set the scene for a... More

Having just spent 2 nights at Lindenderry at Red Hill I want to share my experience. My room had a panoramic view of spectular gardens awash with autumn colours. The bed was extremely comfortable and the service was very good. The restaurant had excellent service and the food was very nice. The chocolate dessert was spectacular! Upon arrival I was... More

Red Hill is a fantastic area; loads of great wineries, friendly people and stunning scenery - this hotel is bang in the center... It is what it is, clean & tidy in a fantastic location. Is it overpriced... Yes. Would I recommend it... Probably not. Best part would be the food in the restaurant, worst-part would have to be the... More

I showed up at Lindenderry without a reservation one afternoon having decided to stay in the area after visiting several nearby wineries. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a discounted rate for a suite, the only room remaining. Even with a discount Lindenderry is pricey but there are relative deals to be made including room plus both dinner and... More

It's a bit sad to turn up to this hotel in the rain. There is no shelter and the driveway is covered in a substance that sticks to the shoes and luggage as guests make their way to reception. Once inside it is warm and welcoming. Our room (Courtyard) was very standard. No frills whatsoever. We were puzzled to find... More

I had business to do in both Rosebud and Mornington and decided on a country property rather than a motel in one of the towns. Lindenderry is conveniently close to the vineyards and to Rosebud. The decor is modest but who wants gaudy features in the country. On arrival, having walked from the carpark around to the front entrance, it... More

The gravel track approaching the LindenDerry and the first glimpse of buses, a parking lot, tables and chairs outside a glass-box, wine-tasting building, might suggest a camping-caravan accommodation, but the front desk is not far behind this deceptive first impression. Because guests approach the estate from the service-yard, maintenance, back-side they may (as I was) looking for the more impressive... More

Yesterday we held our daughter's wedding at the glorious Lindenderry Estate. We were blessed with amazing weather but the venue, the property and the staff exceeded my expectations. (So much I would like to work there!) We found all staff to be very polite, efficient and friendly, nothing was a problem for them. Food at the wedding was superb and... More

We stayed for 2 nights for our daughters wedding, it is over priced $A300 plus per night. Some staff are very rude. Room was average. As for the afternoon tea , well where was it? The place needs a coat of paint the outside woodwork is in poor condition. never stayed in a horel before where there is flyspray in... More
