The parking lot is half full and we had reservations but were out of rooms "with beds" they say. They put us in the "living room" section of a suite. Only a couch for two grown heterosexual men. Maybe I'm tired from driving 14 hours today but I'm still a bit angry that my sleep is going to be tough... More

Stayed 1 night after staying a night downtown. Honestly wish we would have stayed downtown both nights and paid a taxi to take us to the Opry. BIG hotel and very impersonal. We waited in line to get our room keys, not a big problem. Then they print you a map of how to get to your room, figured it... More

This huge htel is mainly for the convention set. Public spaces are fine and free in room wifi is a bug plus. Large selection of restuarants as well. However, expect to pay through the nose for ancillary services such as food, etc. Large cup of coffee: $4, bottle of soda $3, breakfast $26. Best deal seems to be the lunch... More

Here for the week with spouse. Clean and very comfortable I would always choose this as place to stay while in Nashville. Living near the Gaylord in metro dc I was quite pleased with the value . The two are very similar in design with shops, resturants ,indoor fountains and gardens. However having stayed at both I'm most impressed with... More

We stopped by the Gaylord after spending two nights in downtown Nashvillejust to check it out. Wow! What a gorgeous resort! We decided we need to stay at least one night. So we go back to the hotel we were in and make a call and get a fabulous deal after telling them we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. The... More

This hotel is monstrously huge and you could easily get lost in here. I had to carry my map around for a couple of days before I figured it out. There are certainly a lot of restaurants within the hotel but they are outrageously expensive. A glass of wine and an order of California Roll - $30. A beer and... More

The STARS (staff) are fabulous and really make every effort to make sure your stay is comfortable. The hotel rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The restaurants were across the board, excellent. I think I had at least seven meals and they were all very good. My favorites were Ravello, Cascades and Stax. I would return for business or pleasure.

This experience is absolutely worthwhile if you like great cheese and meats. The waiter brings a selection to your table and does an informative rave about the delights of the cheese and Prosciutto. you learn a lot and then choose those which you would like to try. The pEcorino was fabulous,

This hotel is awesome. You can stay and never leave the complex. There are many choices of restaurants of every budget. They have 3 really nice pools. Our room was always the right temperature for us. When our balcony door was closed, we couldn't hear any noise from the atrium. The beauty of the place is something to see.....waterfalls and... More

I have stayed at many upscale hotels and this was up there with some of my favorites as far as decor goes. The positives: The hotel is clean, beds decent and the rooms are spacious (ours was in the cascade part of the hotel which is very convenient to everything). I really enjoyed the scenery of the hotel. You can... More
