Smooth check-in, clean room, Coffee, tea and cookies were plentiful. Breakfast was better than the standard premade omelet. The staff approached several times to ask if there was something they could do for us. The manager brought my wife a cookie while she was working at here tablet in the seating area.

This hotel was very clean, conveniently located to everything. Easy check in and a great breakfast with plenty to choose from. Great staff. The only con was the jets flying over, but that wasnt a problem after the first night. 7min from downtown, 5min from Grand ole Opry and Opry mills mall.

The two issues were the shower head would not adjust, it only had a single stream and the hair dryer bracket was loose on the wall. Over all the hotel was nice and the room had a lot of space. It is difficult to exit hotel parking lot during peak traffic hours.

Easy check-in and check-out, comfortable, clean rooms, great breakfast variety of omelets, danish, toast and/or bagels, cereal choices, plenty of fresh coffee, juices and milk. Location was convenient for our travel plans. We also stopped on our way back home and thoroughly enjoyed both visits to this hotel.

We travel a few times a year to visit our son at Vanderbilt University. This hotel is only 10 minutes away and much less expensive than comparable hotels closer to campus. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfy, the breakfast is good, and the service has always been great.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was above average as compared to other continental buffets. We had a small room with two twin beds. The bathroom was also fairly small. Convenient location right off of I-40.

The Hampton Inns may have gone down some since Hilton went private. Accommodations were clean and bedding OK. Breakfast was lacking with 'plastic' eggs and no meat. No executive floor and no reception for diamond members. We found it to be average where most Hilton affiliates are better than average. We had a similar outcome in NYC the same weekend.

I have to give this hotel five stars because of the cleanliness of the rooms, quality of the staff, and the care they take to maintain a good experience for business travelers. This Hampton Inn in is a very nice hotel right off of I-40. It's near the airport and about 10 minutes from town, and about 10 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry area. Reasonable rates as well.
