Room was pleasant,but tv wasn't working correctly took several requests before fixing. Key card needed to be updated everyday? There didn't appear to enough cleaning staff and thi gs were hastily done or forgotten. Breakfast was complimentary and offered ample choices Staff was always friendly - just not efficient .

We stayed here recently to catch an early flight. Only 6/10 mi from the airport with a free shuttle. This place is absolutely spotless. Excellent value for the money.
This hotel is conveniently located right near the airport but in a very poor area there are few restaurants nearby and some gas stations are cash only. Staff were pleasant but overall the hotel felt old and tired. I think I would look for other lodging in Nashville next time.

The air conditioning was great and the internet worked well. The double rooms have full beds instead of queen size beds. Nothing special or luxurious but okay for the price.
