Holiday Inn on Broadway is quite a nice hotel. Easy walking didtance to "Legends" and other bars on Broadway. Shuttle is well received, and a good touch. Rooms clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I spent four nights over Memorial Day Weekend and I have no complaints. The hotel staff was very friendly, rooms clean and it is conveniently located. There is a slight incline walking to the motel from The District so you may want to consider that if you plan on walking to and from the bars. THe price... More

I have stayed here twice now and have been pleased. It has been clean and smooth stay. This time I booked the "park and go" which gets you a discount on parking and a room on one of the top 2 renovated floors. We had an IPod dock in our room, which was awesome. Its worth setting your alarm after... More

Stayed here with another couple for Marathon weekend (wives running, husbands cheering) from Friday through Sunday in a double full room. The other couple booked the room, but we got a pretty good deal of about $245/night (which includes tax, parking, and such), relative to the other reviewers saying they paid upwards of $300 a night for that weekend. As... More

Just wanted to take a moment to say what a wonderful stay we had at The Holiday Inn express Downtown Nashville. Check in was easy. Room was excellent. Location was great for exploring the Broadway area. Only downside was that the breakfast was finished much earlier than we were ready to get up after enjoying the Broadway area till the... More

Was here for the marathon weekend NOT running, so the rooms were $300+ a night. Way more expensive than it should be. Location was great to access downtown & free shuttle took us to the Gulch and Broadway. Beds were comfy and clean.

Stayed 24th / 27th April Adverstised as the biggest HI E in the US and it is probably one of the best with great staff. Located within easy walking distance of Broadway Honky Tonks and bars, The Ryman, Country Hall of Fame etc Great location if you are running the Marathon as its walkable to both start and from finish.... The hotel is nice and walking distance to downtown bars. BUT.... The Hotel dryers DO NOT work and when you let management know they just say that the maintenace crew has looked at them and they work. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and the 3rd time i have told them the dryers do work. Talked to... More

I'll start with the positives as there definitely were some - the location was good, the foyer impressive, the staff were nice and the room was quiet. On the other hand though - the room had a funny smell and the decor was really old and tired. The areas not immediately cleanable were filthy - behind the bedside table, under... More

We moved to the Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown after a bad experience at the Comfort Inn Demonbreun where we originally stayed hoping to save money. The Holiday Inn Express staff found us a room and allowed us an early check-in so we could leave the Comfort Inn in the morning with all our luggage. The price for this hotel... More
