Reserved (2) QUEEN BEDS, received (2) DOUBLE BEDS , NO explanation. ROOM is old and outdated , especially the bathroom. KITCHEN COUNTER was dirty when we arrived. Worse part, We had COCKROACHES IN THE KITCHEN. YOU would be better off SLEEPING in your CAR than staying in this DUMP !!!!!!!!!

Will never stay at this Extended Stay again! Stayed for a couple of months for a job in Nashville and the service is terrible. Had to clean our own room because housekeeping did very minimal cleaning...never throroughly cleaned the bathroom, nor mopped the floors. never stay at a extended stay again - you make a reservation however if someone wants to stay in your room an extra day they let them and cancel your reservation. Which when they are over booked then you are out of luck

I was quite surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The bed and pillows were a bit lumpy however, but after taking my very lumpy pillow to the reception desk I was issued with another one.. slightly less lumpy. The air conditioning worked well and the amenities were good.
