Moved to this location after trying the new 'Home2' location near downtown. MUCH happier with the standard HGI experience. Property seems a bit older, but has been kept well, rooms are clean enough (not spartan, but I am picky and this was sufficient). Great location near restaurants & much more + airport very convenient.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last year. The property and staff are always solid. This area has a lot of choices but I will continue to stay at the HGI. Not a lot of food options in the Donelson Pike/Airport area so the hotel restaurant is often the best choice.

Hotel was nice. Only problem was that we received a phone call before we arrived stating that they had tried to authorize the card the room was reserved in & it had been declined. Went for a family wedding and was directed to another hotel nearby by local family. We were not certain we were attending and then that hotel was filled. I found this through AAA and it was good, actually sounds like it was better and cheaper than the original location we were suggested.

Great staff, Great property. Convenient to restaurants & shopping. Clean & secure property. Even live entertainment on select nights. Parking can be tough on busy nights, but not totally out of control.

The whole reason I booked the hotel is because the ad for the one in Franklin was exsactly the same. And the big thing was.the hot tub. It even had pictures of it. Nice hotel, room was ok. Good TV channel selection. Food was great. The hotel had a pool that was not functional during our stay which was a bummer. The work out area was nice. The lobby area was nice.

Have stayed on business a couple times and have been satisfied with my accomodations. Although the lobby seems a bit tight, don't think this is show stopper.
