Average hotel that is within walking distance to the music strip. You do have to pay valet parking, but it was only $10.00. Typical breakfast food that was fine. It is in need of a face lift, but it was a cheaper option than other downtown hotels.

The worst place we have ever stayed. Didnt get room we booked. Room was nasty, carpet was so dirty had to wear socks to keep our feet clean. The beds were a joke, no sleep that night. Had to pay for parking (not an option). Way over priced for a dump like this. Run dont walk from this place!

As we are renovating we do understand that some will be bother by that and some will understand that there are negatives when you tear down something to rebuild it up....
