I stayed here for three nights with four girlfriends, for a girl's weekend. We had two connecting rooms that made us feel like we had a huge suite! We enjoyed the little "sitting area" where we could enjoy a drink and just talk and catch up. Beds were very comfy and the room was quiet during the night...didn't hear any... More

I was relocated from ANOTHER hotel because my reserved hotel had problems with plumbing? And they were sold out of all other rooms. They covered my expenses and sent me off to Hotel Indigo West End, completely unknown to me. The hotel from the outside looks a bit understated and run down. Once inside however, the reception area had a... More

My wife and I were passing through Nashville and got a hotel here. We ended up staying for 4 days instead of just over night. The hotel was gorgeous! The staff was so incredible nice and willing to do anything. I think this indigo should have a higher rating than the Indigo down town in the city. Every night they... More

Had concerns this was an isolated place to stay but its only a one mile walk into the heart of the downtown area ( 5-10 min cab ride ). Lots of small restaurants ( some with live music ) around within a 10 min walk of the hotel as an alternate. Upgraded to a huge King suite as a PCR... More

My friends and I (5 girls in 2 rooms) stayed here last weekend -April 27, 28 and 29 as we were running the Country music half marathon. The room and furnishings were nice (bed was comfy, lots of pillows, modern look) but I found there was lack of lighting. I did love the bathroom! Huge shower that was very spalike.... More

Dear Boston Nurse: It was great to hear of you and your friends' huge accomplishment in running the Music City Marathon! I wish I had the stamina myself. I am also happy to know that you stayed with us during your time in Nashville, but disappointed that we didn't make it more of a celebration for you. When I originally... More

This hotel has a modern appearance and live music in the bar area at night. Located between Vanderbilt and downtown it provides quick access by car to almost anywhere in town. Our first night, we were in a connecting room and could hear every word said in the other room. Laughter, normal volume level of conversation, and rowdy behavior made... More

Dear Caroline M: Thank you for staying with us, and I appreciate you sharing your comments. We can only get better through our guest feedback. I am so sorry that each night's sleep while you were here was interrupted with noise coming from outside your room. As of the end of this year, we will have been open for five... More

I'll start by saying I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. The rooms are spacious, bathroom has plenty of room, the size of the hotel makes it simple to be in and out, yet all the areas are spacious to hang out and not feel cramped in some little hotel. The location is perfect, close enough to downtown, but... More

Three girlfriends and I spent Friday and Saturday evenings at this property. The room and furnishings were nice (plenty of pillows, soft bed, modern look) but there was a lack of lighting. They really need to clean the rooms more thoroughly; the shelves on which the bathroom towels are placed are dusty and our feet were filthy from walking around... More

Dear Sooz0212: I was glad to hear that we were a part of your girls' weekend! It is always nice to be able to get away with just the girls. I was recently a guest at the Indigo Hotel in Atlanta. I was smitten by the funky decor, bright colors, and charming staff. I was looking for a nice place to stay in downtown Nashville when I saw they had an Indigo. The hotel is located in a great location on West End Avenue, very close to where we had... More
