Went over Thanksgiving 2012. Cabin was filthy and we left early instead of staying in the filth. Towels and bed linens were clean and that is the only positive I could find. When leaving early they asked why but failed to do anything about it.

The cottage was beautiful and well decorated. Above all, very impressed with the cleanliness. Would recommend to anyone. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Close distance to pigeon forge. Had jacuzzi, hot tub, and pool table, washer and dryer.

Fortunately, our rental with Sunset Cottage was mostly paid-for by my wife's company via a promotional voucher. We only had to cover a portion of the cleaning fees.
