We were pleasantly surprised by the great room with amenities. We were given this room free as part of a promotion, so we weren't sure what to expect. We stayed again on a weekend visit. It is a great value for the money. Clean, great staff anare really nice and helpful. It is near a McDonald's that stays open 24 hours a day. So close to a mid night snack walking distance. Will return again.

We have enjoyed our stay at the Guesthouse Inn, every time we come to Pigeon Forge. The rooms were very clean and very well kept. The staff went out of their way to help us. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Pigeon Forge.
