Very clean, the room, the lobby, and the grounds. Staff has improved a lot from 2 years ago. Location is easy to get in and out .

Had a nice stay at the hotel on April 27 and 28th. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was the standard stuff but just fine. Staff was very helpful in providing directions from the Knoxville airport late at night.
My only, very small, complaints are that their towels are thin and I wished for better pillows. But all...

Theres a lot of really old, questionable places in Pigeon Forge. Don't risk it! You really get what you pay for here. If it's less than$100/night it's a shady joint! Stay here!! Great, brand new hotel. Looks just like the website pics. Lovely decor. Excellent location behind Mellow Mushroom and Marble Slab. Literally 5 minutes to Dollywood. Turn right onto...

Our family took a trip to the Smoky Mountain region and spent 3 nights at the Spring Hill Suites. Since it was the off season, we did not have reservations. We stopped by the Spring Hill Suites and were given a fantastic mid-week rate. The suite was EXCELLENT. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Excellent location just one block...

What a great experience. I requested an early check in and called the hotel on my way at 10:15am and to my suprise my room was ready. The front desk was very friendly! My room was clean and comfortable. Breakast was good with waffles, oatmeal and muffins.
We stopped through here on our spring break vacation. First of all, if you have never been to the area you must understand that this is a tourist area and you are going to have families in your hotel. If you don't want this don't stay in this area. With this said, this is THE NICEST SpringHill that I have...

At the end of the day, wherever you have been in this tourist mecca, Springhill Suites is a welcome retreat. It is most of all friendly and very clean, with well-equipped suites in a quiet restful atmosphere, that is very welcoming at the end of a busy day. The breakfasts are complete, offering hot and cold choices. There is something...

I don't know what you couldn't possibly like about this hotel. We've gone to the Pigeon Forge/Seveirville/Gatlinburg area of Tennessee for 3 or 4 years now and we've always stayed in a cabin...this is the first time we didn't. Frankly, I don't know if I'll ever go back to the cabins, now! With the AAA rate we saved almost fifty...

A great place to stay in Pigeon Forge! A short drive to Dollywood, Wonder Works and many restaraunts and other attractions. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. I loved the excercise room. The front desk staff always had a smile and ready to help. The maid service was great and the rooms were very clean. The hotel was...

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite was small but a nice size. Rooms were clean beds comfortable. Our granddaughters loved the outdoor pool with the curved slide. Breakfast was good but it was crowded and there was a line to make waffles. The staff was able to stay on top of replenishing the food however. Good central location. I...
