We just returned from a 5 day stay here. I have to say I was blown away. We had never even heard of this hotel. This review is for the moms out there with kids. Because that is mostly how I see things in hotels. First it was spotless and the sheets where changed daily. The room was HUGE and... More

We are so thrilled that you and your family enjoyed yourselves here! It brings us so much joy when we receive such rave reviews! The general manager is flattered by your suggestion that they teach the entire town of Pigeon Forge customer service. For now, you will have to make sure you just keep coming back to Music Road Resort!... More

We stayed here for the 2012 spring rod run. The hotel is very clean. We had a double queen room with "waterpark" view. The view from our room was actually the parking lot & cemetery across the street. The pool & lazy river (aka waterpark) were to the far left of our room. We didn't use the pools or try... More

That is very unfortunate that you had a less than enjoyable time in Pigeon Forge during your visit. The Grand Rod Run car show is a citywide event making it difficult for visitors who are looking to experience other attractions. It leads to sold out hotel rooms making it difficult to accommodate everyone's needs in every way. Crowds do congest... More

My family and I just spent 6 nights at Music Road Hotel. I searched for weeks for a nice place to say. Let me say that I would not have stayed anywhere else. The entire staff from the front desk to the ladies who prepared breakfast were super nice. Our room was on the seventh floor with a great view... More

We had an excellent 3-night stay at the Music Road Hotel! We are frequent visitors to Pigeon Forge, but had never stayed at this hotel before—We were not disappointed. We booked a deluxe Queen with two bedrooms. It was very clean and offered all the amenities that were mentioned on their web-site. There was no smell in the rooms which... More

My family visited this hotel the second time this month. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The first time we visited, we had a river view room that was very lovely. The outdoor park was not open, but the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. I had no problems whatsoever. The second time was a different story. Nothing was wrong... More

Just returned from my 4th great stay at this property. We go every year in February or March. I cannot advise you on summertime experience or the small waterpark area. The photos on their own website do not fully represent how nice the place is. Its not 5-star but it is always clean and well maintained. The lobby is spacious... More

We only live 1 hr 45 minutes away from Pigeon Forge and love going for the night or weekend and we always end up staying at the hotel or the Music Road Inn across the street. They are both very nice with large rooms and complimentary breakfast. The Inn is newer than the hotel but the hotel lobby has a... More

We stayed at the Music road this past weekend. The room was very nice with a jaccuzi tub that three people could fit in. The staff was friendly. A contential breakfast of pastries, cereals, juices, fruits yogurt, muffins, bagels, eggs, and biscuits and gravy was devine. They have a unique gift shop in it with very reasonable prices. Our room... More
