This hotel was quite nice. When I arrived, the desk clerk sent me to a room that was apparently out of order, as there was caution tape blocking the door. The hotel was very nice however a couple if downfalls. We took the river view which was more a parking lot view. Also they had a pool right by our side of the hotel however it was not open. We had to go all the way to the front to swim. Beyond that! They were awesome!!

Reserved a room with a balcony with a riverview. What they didn't say is there is a busy road between you and the river. And on the first floor is more of a porch than a balcony. So all night there was plenty of road noise. So go with a mountain view.

Just returned from a 2 night stay....hotel was great...clean room.....we had pool side room that was great for the kids....only wish the hot tub stayed open a little longer....planning another family visit in October.

We have stayed at this Best Western many times--with a group and also as a couple. Cleanliness is excellent. All the employees are friendly and answer our needs within minutes. The breakfast is much better than most. Swimming pools are always sparkly clean.

i took my daughter down for spring break for a week had an amazing stay rooms very clean and affordable great breakfast every day swimming pool was amazing can't wait to go back everyone was very nice and helpful thank you

We stayed at the Best Western Plaza Inn from March 24-28 and found it very affordable, clean and in a good location.
