Very clean , great hot food, ready to meet your needs, My wife and I stay at Best Western because of great prices that we can afford, When ever we go on vacation. we have been back for the last two years, and will keep on returning, Very nice place to stay, Or just get away with that special someone,

“Spring Getaway”

This hotel is located close to Dollywood and all the shows in Sevierville. The bed was comfortable, slept well after a long day at The Old Mill. Indoor pool was very nice to relax in. Next time we come to the smokey mountains we will return to the Toni Inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying here we loved the breakfast the pool and it is in a great location the service was good and the people were really nice and helpful the rooms were nice and met our needs and it was affordable I would recommended this place to my friends and we would definitely stay here again.

We were located on the "right" side of #441 S. @ traffic light #8 giving us just a short drive to Gatlinburg by-pass to GSMNP road to Cherokee & Blue Ridge Parkway. The motel is old and run down BAD. Terrible plumbing, bedding, and carpet is nasty. Needs a whole new update. I was very disappointed with a Best Western to have let this poor conditions continue. The Best Western Toni Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN is a nice, clean hotel for all travelers. The Toni Inn does accept dogs too. The room was clean and comfortable.
