I stayed at the Pigeon Forge Inn and Suites on Friday, May 11, 2012. Since I was attending the Dolly Parton's Homecoming Parade, this facility was right on the parade route. The staff had everything ready upon arrival. The rooms were in order and I was pleased with the attitudes of the staff and management. This property is in a...

My wife and I attended a Tennessee/Pigeon Forge Family Reunion seminar 2011. At the seminar we were awarded a 2 night stay at the Pigeon Forge Inn & Suites Hotel. It was several months before we were able to arrange our schedules to take advantage of the free offer. However, when we finally called the hotel to arrange our stay...

The tub is black on bottom. I found some stains on wash cloths right away and also some hair which grossed me out. The housekeeping was...

Roaches..........stay somewhere else!!! Hot breakfast...........not so hot. Phone out of order.
My husband and I just needed a quick overnight stay to get away for the weekend. We stayed over labor day and this place had the cheapest rates at the time. We stayed in a king jacuzzi suite. The room was very roomy, however the furnishings were a little on the out of date side. The was plaster that was...
