Me and my family stayed here for one night and this hotel was so accommodating and they offered great service and value. The General Manager was outstanding and then the manager on duty showed the same great service. I will definitely come back.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We will use this hotel again.

This wasnt a good Hampton. The head housekeeper was mean and she smell like to has been drinking. The room was very clean the service at the front desk was great and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, when we go back to the Smokies we WILL stay here again.

I have traveled for many years with my job, staying at many hotels including Hamptons. This was the cleanest, friendliest and best stay at any!! My compliments to the management, the hotel staff and breakfast host,- great, fresh and hot breakfast!! When back in the area, we will choose this Hampton again.
