Condos nestled along peaceful river. Well kept walking path along river with beautiful scenery including birds and wildlife. Clean rooms decorated beautifully. Really close to everything. Especially nice for mature adults and families.

My husband and I stayed in 433 and loved it. The walls are somewhat thin but since we only had one neighbor above us it was no big deal. Very convenient for senior citizens to park at the front right in front of the elevator. Quiet and peaceful! We definitely will be back.

Had to opportunity to stay at the Appleview River Resort for the first time. It was awesome! The condo's were beautifully decorated. The river views from the balcony's were awesome! We enjoyed sitting in the adirondack chairs along the river while grilling out. The staff was friendly and very accommodating for our late check-in. Definitely will visit there again!

I stayed in the river romance condo and boy was it nice. This is the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in. Doug and Barbara are the most amazing owners!! I will definitely visit again and soon. Just bring yourself and your lover and they will handle the rest

Stayed here 7/27--7/29 for the first time. Loved the location. It was clean and very spacious. Everything we needed was there. The only negative was the plumbing was a little loud. We stayed here for a week the end of June/beginning of July this summer. It was our first time staying here and it won't be the last. We absolutely loved it! The location is great. You're close to the parkway, but tucked far enough away to be quiet. The staff? Fantastic! The people at the office couldn't have been friendlier.... More
