The front desk staff was first-class in this hotel. Megan knew how to use our Best Western Gift cards without a problem (staff in other BW hotels are often unfamiliar and untrained). She was friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. The building and the rooms are lovely. Excellent value for the room rate.

On a 7 day trip from Atlanta to Milwaukee and back. Stayed at Hilton's, Holiday Inn's and others. This Best Western wasn't our first choice but we took it because it had an indoor pool for the kids. Well....it was the best accommodations of the trip! Great Staff, spacious clean rooms and a very nice pool setup. Highly recommended!

Super friendly staff for check in and check out. The room temperature was just right, especially with as cold as it was outside! Breakfast bar had a variety of items on hand.
