A group of 25 people stayed here for three nights. One of the reservations was "lost" and several others were wrong. When we complained, the manager of the hotel was incredibly rude. The room was not the cleanest, hotel lobby was hot and same with the room. Breakfast was slim picking, and that room was even hotter. Bed was hard.Not a good place to stay for the overly price it cost.

This Best Western is a great place to stay. The staff especially Mike Patel, delivered excellent customer service. The rooms were extremely clean, very comfortable, and well decorated. MIke assisted my elderly parents and made their stay very enjoyable.

Our group of weary backpackers seeking last minute shelter from an oncoming storm received a great deal and wonderful service from Robbie at Best Western in Buda. Two suites, extra towels and extra toiletries. I would definately plan to stay again if I am in the area. Thank you Robbie!

One of the four handicap parking spaces was covered and marked for private use for the general manager. The rooms were clean but smelled heavily of a perfume covering cigarette smoke. The refrigerator did not work. The hot tub was gone, weight/exercise room locked and food poor. Very disappointed. Staff were not helpful and looked very much like they did not want to be at work.
