Owner is a joke! We had a huge misunderstanding while paying for the room and owner was extremely rude and obnoxious on the phone. No regard for treating guests in a respectful manner. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone They charged 461% of their normal daily rate on graduation weekends

Stayed here last minute after another hotel lost my reservation. Found it online and 5 minutes later was checked in and on my way to my room. Good service (even at 12:00 at night!). Clean rooms. Very conveniently located to the University. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Manor Inn because it was well within our budget Expecting a typical cheap motel exerperience we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in process was warm and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite a spread which included waffles and biscuits with gravy!! Most definitely would stay here again.

Got a room at the last second. Clean room, comfortable beds. Free wi-fi is a plus (strong signal too). Would like it if they had flat screen TV's but at least HBO is included. Free breakfast is a plus (better than other free ones I've seen). Wouldn't hesitate to book again the next time I'm in College Station.

Got last minute room stay. Cheap. Clean. Great Location. Would have liked the hot tub area to be more private and secure. Decided to spend second night.
