Really appreciated Tony Bennett's (bellman) personal connection and friendly style! Overall the hotel was clean, updated with an appropriate amount of luxury. All without feeling like a mega luxury hotel.

I have stayed at the Fairmont Dallas twice now and it is hands down the best hotel in downtown Dallas. The staff goes above and beyond what you would expect from a Fairmont, which naturally holds very high standards. The room was immaculate and the bed was perfect!
