“Great Stay!”

The employees were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice. I had four ten-year-old girls and two twelve-year-old girls. They had a really good time at the pool and swam the night away. The pool area was very nice with an outside patio. This stay was exceptional!!!!!!

“Always A Pleasure!”

I recently stayed at the hotel for an event in March. The room was spacious and comfortable. Room service was always prompt and attentive. Every time I returned to my room, it had been serviced with the bed made and the room cleaned. The staff fulfilled every request with a smile and a "Thank-You". I couldn't have asked for more.

This was the 2nd year in a row for me to stay @ the Crowne Plaza for the Texas Bear Round Up, & it was even better than last year's; I would recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone wanting to stay in north Dallas.

As always Betty, Jorge and Shirlonda made this stay at the hotel another wonderful expierence. The staff was friendly as always and the service impeccable. “Home away from Home”

Just a great place to stay....... Super friendly staff....Great dinning.....very comfortable rooms......Close to downtown......airports......nightlife.....Highly recommend the Crowne Plaza for a home away from home feeling.......had a room on the top floor and it had a great view of the downtown Dallas skyline.........
