“Comfortable beds”

Our room is not that big but the beds and pillows are really comfortable. I like the fact that I had to use my room key to get to my room, it made me feel safe. I would have enjoyed the pool more if it had not been so darn cold, a hot tub would have been nice as well.... More

“The building is old and damp and horrible for people with allergies.”

Within very close proximity to the hotel we encountered panhandling and urine smelling walkways. The hotel itself was dated and had poor air quality - it smelled moldy. There was lots of coughing and sneezing. The hotel really needs to be updated.

“No complaints! Great location and clean rooms”

We were going to stay more towards uptown but hotels were much more so we decided to stay here. Super glad we did. It was one block from bars, clubs, and restaurants. Area of town was very clean and felt very safe. Parking was $14 a day. It was 3 blocks from the Dallas World Aquarium. It was pretty awesome!... More

Very good choice for downtown Dallas, really good locale, EXCELLENT EXCELLENT breakfast! ALWAYS recognize IHG Status. This place seems to run smoothly. Quick trip to Dallas Crowne is a great location, easy couple of blocks walk to the JFK 6th floor museum ( a must see) and West End restaurants. Free shuttle trip around downtown available .
