“Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.”

Found out shower didn't work at 5:30 am, too late to change rooms. Manager offered to give me $10 off a $89 charge. Room dirty, TV remote didn't work. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in and being an airline crew member, I've been in a lot! More
