My girlfriend and I were looking for a B&B feel that matched the vibe of a visit to the Stockyards. We rolled in on Saturday afternoon and called Debbie who came out to meet us and show us to our room - The World Champion Room upstairs. The stone building is all wood inside ... floors, walls and ceilings, rooms... More

I knew the place would be rustic going into the weekend and Debbie was very sweet but we only saw her when we checked in & that was it, which was fine~we weren't expecting much from her. We appreciated the bottled juices in the frig that we could drink. The packaged snacks were pretty yuck, but again....we weren't thinking we... More

Old characterful place, creaky floors, lovely host - but bead and breakfast it is not. A bed and breakfast does not need to inform you of all the places to potentially visit for breakfast. Our host told us that the website is out of date and that the breakfast indicated on the website is no longer available. It seems that the... More

We stayed so we would be in the stockyard area but found the hotel not as clean as i would like. Windows and floors and old wiring. We tried to find something to do since we had a long layover but I think having a place with a pool, since the price was the same, and driving into stockyard for... More

It boggles the mind to call this a bed and breakfast, when there is no breakfast. The air conditioner works fine, but there is no heater, but the cowhide was warm. The thinness of the walls made the conversation of the drunk wandering the halls all the more interesting. Not sure what to say about blankets used as doors and... More

I sent them the following letter, but have not heard a reply. Just wanted to share as a precaution. Thank you. "Good morning. I just wanted to express some disappointment in what was an otherwise nice time at your bed and breakfast. When I booked this room orginally I gave you a credit card number to "hold" the room. We... We recently stayed in this B&B, and basically chose it for the location. Our room had a shared bathroom, and this did not turn out to be a problem. Room had a window air conditioner, so it was very loud in the night. They no longer serve a full breakfast, so consequently you are not getting as much value for... More

I just got back from my stay at the Stonehouse for a three day girls weekend and can't wait to go back. Everything about this place exceded my expectations. We stayed in the Wolf room which has it's own bath, but the shared bathrooms were fine too. The whole place had a very "at home" feeling. Sue was awesome and... More

I have lived in Fort Worth my whole life and never knew this little bed and breakfast was here! The hotel itself has a rustic/antique/historic look and feel which I loved and within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants located in the stockyard's! My room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the linens were clean. There was... More

Great place to stay in the Stockyards for the weekend! Just a heads up for the ladies, bring your own shampoo and conditioner... It felt like an old western museum, very cool ... LOVED IT!
