Very nice facility. Got in late but someone was there to get me checked in. Very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
They were not prepared for our conference even they knew well in advance we were coming. Slow check in, and they ran out of dishes, drink and food at breakfast. The bagels that were there were stale. The room was clean.
Overpriced. Dirty. Old. Should have stayed somewhere else.
This is our 4th stay at Crown Plaza Fort Worth South. We have always gotten excellent service. The staff is excellent is making you feel at home and getting whatever is needed. Paris Brown was the check in clerk and he acknowledged me as a Priority Club Gold member and accommodated me with my request for top floor, end of hall next to stairs. He also gave me a voucher for breakfast.
I will return for stay because of him and his attitude. A very nice, polite young man.
