We stayed in the Humble Plum. The overall location was perfect... close but not too close to the the hustle and bustle of downtown Fredericksburg. There was a little road noise, but overall quiet and we slept well after a busy day running around Fredericksburg. The little extras -- nice simple yummy breakfast, chocolates, cold sodas and water, nice toiletries... More

My fiancé and I spent a couple of nights at the All Seaons Main Street Retreat for our anniversary, and we are so happy we did! We stayed in the Vicars room which was very comfy and homey--- it was also very clean with an awesome bathroom. The breakfast pastries and OJ/Milk (served in these very cute glass containers) were... We visited Fredericksburg for our 12 year anniversary. We'd never stayed in a bed & breakfast before so this was a new experience for us. We couldn't have been happier with our stay! My husband is sometimes hard to please and he was greatly impressed! We stayed at the All Seasons Bed & Breakfast Main Street Resort. Our room was... More

My girlfriend and I left the hubby's at home and visited Fredericksburg for the first time. After much consideration, we finally decided to stay at the All Seasons MS Retreat. It was also one of the only B. & B.'s that offered 2 beds and separate cottages, which we really wanted. We stayed in the Carriage House cottage. From the... More

We stayed in the Old Rectory Suite, the front half of the main house. The manager, Joe, met us there and gave us a tour of the facility; he is friendly, and knowledgeable about the area and made several suggestions for dining. It is obvious Joe pays lots of attention to his properties, and that he has made significant improvements... More

We were part of a large group attending a 54th high school class reunion over a weekend. Joe was more than helpful as he matched the needs of eleven couples in our group with the various rooms in his two complexes. We all agreed that his professionalism and genuine friendliness encourage us to come back for another stay . Although... More

We stayed in the Humble Plumb and it was exceptional! We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard and watching the butterflies. It was quiet and peaceful and the cottage was so clean!! We couldn't believe the bathtub was a jacuzzi and all of the toiletries were provided, as well as breakfast items (milk, oj, cereal, fruit, etc.). We will definitely return... More

We stayed in the Vicar's Room. Joe is a nice host and was quick to respond to a call. I could not be an inn-keeper with guests like me! The rooms were quite nice and clean. Our friends stayed in the connecting room and we shared the front sitting area adjacent to Joe's office. This was the first B&B we... More

Love the new location on Main St. The cottages are so nice. We stayed in the Humble Plumb and it was perfect! Exactly like the picture. Loved the bathroom and its toiletries. We will definetly be returning to All Seasons Main St next time we are in Fredericksburg. Joe is such a wonderful host!
