This is an excellent hotel with nice layout and beautiful appearance. The friendly and professional staff comes along with it as well. Enjoyed our stay at the Embassy this weekend taking in the Byron Nelson Golf. It was clean and very busy with various youth sports teams lodging there. Breakfast was great as always. If there was any downside it would be that this hotel is NOT smoke free. Even though we had a non-smoking room, the smoke smell is apparent.

Traveled 3 weeks in a row for business. Week one, the housekeeping staff neglected to clean my room. Week two, they decided to clean the grease traps and the smell was worse than a rotten corpse. Week three, again the housekeeping skipped my room for the daily refresh. On a positive note. Starbucks, breakfast and the Precor gym.

A good stay for business in the Frisco area. The suite seemed larger than most Embassy Suites. Bed was comfortable and overall the room was pretty quite. Stayed at the hotel after we closed on our Frisco home. Check- in is easy. Great valet. The hotel restaurant served a good dinner. The best part is the buffet breakfast. Staff was friendly, room service steak was delicious, free drinks every night from 5:30-7:30p was an unheard of treat. The gym is good, and shuttle service is convenient. The only "Complaint" is about the un matching decor: swirls on carpet didn't match couch covers, which didn't match leopard pillow, etc. Nit a big deal; would stay here again.
