Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean & comfortable. A little dated but nice. Desk staff was not overly people-oriented. She started to help me then left to answer the phone. Waited for some time while she was on the phone. Had to pay for small toiletry items. Pet-friendly for a small fee. Overall, not bad...

Other than road construction a great location and great value
Good- friendly staff, responsive shuttle service. The clean rooms are very quiet considering that the hotel is both next to a freeway and a major airport. They have a double set of windows. The staff work hard to accomodate any requests. The manager hopes that the hotel will be completely refurbished soon.

This is the second time I've stayed at this location. The rooms are clean, the staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Perfect location for either an early flight at DFW or for an event at the Grapevine Conference Center. Brandon even told me about a discount I was eligible for when I checked in that I didn't know about.
I have stayed at this Super 8 many times and we just love the new carpet. As always thank you for the wonderful service.
Newer hotel. Very clean. Near many restaurants within walking distance. Free shuttle to/from airport.
With all of the construction it was difficult as an out of town visitor to get to the hotel. Not their fault...just an observation. The hotel itself was a disappointment. It really needs some updating....especially for the price. I know they have a great service with the airport shuttle and the airport being so close. The staff was very friendly...

We had to overnight in Dallas TX as we missed connection with American Airlines. It was very clean and a nice breakfast was included. Staff were very helpful and friendly. No complaints at all.

We choose this hotel as it had an airport shuttle and generally good reviews. I was very pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The lobby and hallway were very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast adequate with the usual breakfast foods.
