The facility was very nice but very over crowded. In the water park we could not find any tables or chairs available. The pools were full to capacity. We were constantly bumping in to people in the pools. We had a medical emergency and three staff members showed no concern. Would not recommend.

This was our first time and we enjoyed it. From the friendly staff to the foods available. The room we stayed in was clean. The crowds at the watermark were excessive during these times. We will be back again
