The staff was very warm and welcoming upon arrival! Management did a great job extending there hospitality beyond regular hours. The General Manager personally greated us at the door and made sure we were comfortable with our stay. The staff went above and beyond there call of duty.

Very pleasant experience. Had never seen this one before: HIE guests are temporary members at the Hereford Country Club (order the ribeye). Would also recommend swimming at HCC instead... Diving boards, water slides, kid pool. The chlorine in the hotel pool was at an intense level.

Nice hotel. It was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was good and hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Fitness room clean, but some equipment was broken, no big deal. Pool and whirlpool were clean and set at correct temperatures. Nice place in Hereford if you need to come here or want to.

We were passing through and stayed just one night. I was surprised to find they have smoking rooms that were actually cleaned so you couldn't tell they were smoking rooms.
