Stayed here before/after going to the rodeo and it was ideal. There were free shuttles to Reliant, but it was a pleasant walk of maybe 10 minutes. Even later in the evening walking back was fine. The property is set up as separate buildings with four suites per building. Spacious rooms with complete kitchens and set-up utensils for light cooking. Hotel serves a buffet breakfast and offers complimentary wine and snacks in the late afternoon. Good easy parking and a short drive to M.D. Anderson. Hotel also operates a shuttle bus to the clinic.

Pictures speak a thousand words, but this place is run down. We switched rooms once, and nothing better. There are stains on the carpets, dust on shelves in the kitchen where classes and things placed on the shelves have dust rings around them.
