Starting with the good -- the staff was wonderful. Helpful, pleasant, great with directions and restaurant recommendations. Also, I had the pasta dish in the bar and it was excellent. There is also a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby and the concourse connects to other Greenway buildings. On the not so good, shower kept changing temperature, no safe in... More

It may not be downtown, but this hotel is worth the drive. First, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I'm a Platinum level so I was able to take advantage of the Concierge Lounge. Here again, it couldn't have been a better experience. If you go to Houston, strongly consider staying here.

Pros: comfortable, clean and spacious guest rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff throughout the hotel. very good breakfast buffet. Starbucks, gift shop and lounge are very convenient property amenities. Cons: location is great but the hotel us difficult to find, especially for first time visitors. paid parking, internet are a bummer. Recommendation: 4/5 stars.

First off I need to state that i got this hotel for 4 nights off of priceline for 73.00 a night. The hotel was perfect, except for one thing, but will get to that. Good: the perfect is in a very good neighboorhood. Do not beleive in any reviews that state otherwise or state that it is in a bad... More

Stayed one night after the Rodeo. Booked on Priceline for $73. Parking was an additional $18f for valet parking. (Self park is $14). Bed was comfortable, room was well appointed. Blackout curtains allowed us to sleep late the next morning. Even though there was a crying baby next door, it was not much of a problem with the A/C fan... More

Stayed here for a conference, overall a good hotel with a clean, welcoming interior/lobby. Friendly staff. Rooms were average, but clean. A little noisy at times. Had a room on the 9th floor. Worth walking across the onramp over the freeway, lots of food and shop choices versus eating in the hotel itself.

My second stay in two years. This is not an inexpensive hotel and while they hit the mark in a number of areas they miss it in others. First impressions with valet parking and reception are very good; pleasant, accomodating, helpful and efficient staff with quick service. Likewise the service at the bar, which serves great seafood appetizers the size... More

For the price that I am expected to pay, I am a little disappointed with this hotel. I hold Renaissance band highly, but this one was a bit below the "Renaissance" average in my opinion. I am comparing the quality to the Renaissance in Bangkok, Shanghai, and Chicago, and this one ranks the lowest at the moment. The good? The... More

I stayed at this hotel again for business purposes. I think it's growing on me. I had a really good experience. The convenience to Greenway Plaza can't be beat. Also, if you want to visit Lakewood Church, it's a 2 min walk.

Not trying to be hard on them, but the bathroom was dirty. Otherwise, beautiful hotel, excellent location, great easy valet parking, on and off 59 really easy... Starbucks inside the hotel which is great. Also, a small hotel with no wait on elevators and never felt crowded. I just felt that the bathrooms could've been updated and cleaner.. I've stayed...
