Staff helped with my luggage, which is often unavailable in American hotels at this price. Gym is great except they need yoga mats for floor stretching. The hotel mistakenly recorded my reservation but i showed themmy confirmation and they immediately accomodated me.

This property is new and very clean. But, the location is not ideal (unless you need to be near IAH airport). The sound of the planes was annoying. The restaurant was not good. There were no restaurants nearby that were worth trying. It was convenient to the airport and new. But, it was not worth the price.

We had a great experience with Springhill Suites. We arrived a little late from a delayed flight and got in after midnight with a four year old. This is an excellent hotel near HOU in what is historically known as a not so good area. The staff was excellent and attentive. After check-in they called to check and ensure everything was A-OK. My friend was coming from San Diego and myself from Burbank. Our flights were 3 hours apart. Thanks to the complimentary airport shuttle service from Hobby, my friend was able to go to our room and relax for 4 hours waiting for me.
